Turbalance GmbH is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define the vision and expand our AI infrastructure platform. You will shape a multi-year roadmap for AI scheduling, partnering with engineering, infra, and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities for enterprise and developer customers.

You will engage directly with customers to validate direction, monitor AI workload trends, and support go-to-market content while traveling up to 30% between Germany and the US

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, incl. ownership of infra/platform/developer tooling products.
• BS or MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience with cloud/cluster management tech such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Slurm or VMware.
• Understanding of machine learning systems, compute hardware, AI toolchains, and workflows.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and make clear decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers, executives, and enterprise customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop the multi-year vision and roadmap for our AI Scheduling product, from job queuing to latency optimisation at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver capabilities for enterprise and developer customers.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and validate product direction.
• Monitor landscape of distributed systems and AI workloads and translate trends into roadmaps.
• Support product launches, roadmap reviews, and broader product narrative with leadership.
• Create feedback loops between customers and engineering to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
• Contribute to product messaging, documentation, and technical content for GTM.
