Copado is the leading AI-native DevOps platform for Salesforce and enterprise cloud teams. We are building Agentia, a next-generation unified DevOps experience.

We seek a Senior Product Manager to define and build autonomous testing capabilities and transform our testing ecosystem into a scalable platform infused with AI and AgentOps features. You will drive testing strategy, collaborate with design, research, and QA, and partner with sales and marketing to ensure successful go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS products at scale.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field with coding.
• Deep technical domain expertise in test automation and scalable platforms.
• Hands-on AI experience building AI-assisted features or working with generative AI workflows.
• Startup/Growth mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Strong data literacy and ability to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Testing Vision: define strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with Copado's AI-native vision.
• Build AI-driven testing capabilities to optimize legacy workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance feature velocity with platform stability.
• Lead product launches and define pricing/packaging strategies.
• Architect for scale and robust integrations with external systems.
• Partner with design, research, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
