Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years of leading multi-tier web services development
• 3+ years of software engineer experience
• 1+ years of technical leadership across lifecycle
• 1+ years of distributed systems development using Java, C#, or C++
• 1+ years of service-oriented architecture experience
• 1+ years of distributed programming experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks lifecycle processes
• Experience partnering with product/program management teams

• Defining and owning product strategy for AI-driven testing at Amazon.
