Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a critical area within the Fundraising Experiences unit, shaping strategy and execution to deliver outcomes for nonprofit customers and supporters. You will lead as a strategic and hands-on PM, discovering markets, solving problems, and delivering high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related roles, SaaS/AI
• Experience shipping AI-powered features
• Strong discovery and customer research skills

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, target markets and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Drive pricing, packaging strategies and value-based pricing.
