Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to join Core Products & Platform, owning end-to-end product domains that impact donation volume and platform reliability. You’ll define roadmaps, write engineering-ready specs, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.

You will work with a Russian-speaking team in a fast-moving environment where AI is a default tool and data-driven decisions are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS/Enterprise environments.
• Strong ownership of end-to-end product delivery and outcomes.
• Proven ability to write precise, engineering-ready specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Data fluency: defining metrics and driving decisions from evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1).
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Own domain strategy and quarterly goals with clear priorities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-launch validation.
• Write detailed specifications for engineering with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership.
• Track product health and drive improvements with data-driven reasoning.
• Collaborate with GTM to translate client needs into scalable product improvements.
