Job summary

PlanSource, a cloud-based benefits administration technology provider, seeks a Product Manager to own outcomes across discovery, delivery, and optimization. You will drive vision, roadmap, and prioritization with engineering and design partners, using data, research, and AI-enabled insights to inform decisions.

In this role you’ll define product requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and business impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience in SaaS or technology environment; health benefits or HR tech preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning products through full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead product discovery using established frameworks and research inputs.
• Partner with engineering and design in an agile environment to deliver outcomes.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity.
• Prioritize backlog to maximize customer and business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Use AI-enabled analysis to inform trends, forecasting, and reporting.
