Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end strategy for an AI-focused surface. You will define priorities for security teams at scale, run discovery sessions with customers and MSP partners, and champion 0-to-1 deliveries with cross-functional teams.

You will shape activation, usage, and retention through experiments while aligning with AI governance and safety standards. You will collaborate with executives and field teams to ensure the commercial model reflects customer value,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Experience building for expert users with outcome-focused solutions.
• Direct hands-on experience with the LLM product stack and trade-offs.
• Strong on onboarding, engagement, and trust-building strategies.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Product strategy and roadmap for your surface and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Conduct design partner and MSP research and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Lead 0-to-1 delivery with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Set activation, usage, and retention targets and run experiments.
• Collaborate on AI governance, safety standards, and eval frameworks.
• Provide packaging, licensing, and MSP/MSSP input for commercial decisions.
• Use AI tooling to prototype concepts and surface risks before build.
