Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Product Manager to own a surface in their Accelerating AI team, defining strategy, sequencing, and end-to-end results. You will lead with a focus on agentic security, setting priorities for product definition through launch, and aligning with security teams and MSP partners.

The role emphasizes working across engineering, design, and GTM, shipping 0-to-1 products, driving adoption, and ensuring trust and safety in AI features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related industry.
• Experience building for expert users with a strong intuition for delivering the right solution.
• Hands-on experience with the LLM product stack: RAG, prompt engineering, evals, model selection trade-offs, latency vs quality, and hallucination mitigation.
• Strong instincts for AI features adoption, onboarding, engagement, and trust.
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience driving action in ambiguous spaces.

Responsibilities

• Own Product strategy and roadmap for your surface; define priorities from definition to launch.
• Conduct design partner and MSP partner research; translate insights into roadmap decisions.
• Lead 0-to-1 delivery with engineering, design, and GTM teams; manage scope and timing.
• Set activation, usage, and retention targets; run experiments to move metrics.
• Partner with AI safety and eval framework to meet internal standards.
• Provide requirements and inputs for packaging, licensing, and MSP/MSSP models.
• Prototype concepts with AI tooling to surface risks before engineering build.
• Prepare weekly updates, launch standups, QBR material, and enablement content for executives.
