Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and shape the strategy and roadmap for a surface within the Accelerating AI portfolio. You will drive end-to-end ownership, collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define priorities and deliver outcomes at scale.

You will lead partner research, test hypotheses with real usage data, and defend sequencing decisions while meeting AI safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Proven track record building for expert users with the right solution at the right time.
• Hands-on experience with the LLM product stack: RAG, prompt engineering, evals, model trade-offs, latency vs quality.
• Strong instincts for AI features adoption, onboarding, engagement, and trust maintenance.
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Product strategy and roadmap for your surface.
• Customer and partner discovery through design partner and MSP sessions and translating findings into roadmap decisions.
• Lead 0-to-1 delivery with engineering, design, and GTM teams, making trade-offs and narrowing scope.
• Set activation, usage, and retention targets and run the experimentation program.
• Define and maintain the eval framework for AI safety and product quality with Securing AI PM and AI Safety Office.
• Provide inputs on packaging, licensing, and MSP/MSSP model decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Prototype concepts with AI tooling to surface risks before full engineering work.
• Communicate weekly updates, launch standups, and executive briefings.
