Job summary

Glance AI is seeking a Group Product Manager for its U.S. Growth Team in San Mateo, CA. This role requires owning and shaping the growth roadmap, identifying leverage points, prototyping ideas, and driving outcomes that move the needle on devices, DAU, and revenue.

You will work at the intersection of product, technology, design, analytics, and business development, leveraging startup DNA, urgency, and rapid experimentation. This onsite role is based in San Mateo and not open to remote work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Hands-on vibe coding or AI-assisted development for rapid prototyping.
• Strong analytical foundation: funnel analysis, retention modeling, and growth diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Own growth end-to-end for Glance globally, driving user, device, and revenue growth.
• Prototype ideas and test POCs at Android or backend layers for speed to scale.
• Create high-fidelity mocks for OEMs/Telcos to enable partnerships and adoption.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across the Android and device layers.
• Analyze activation, engagement and retention data to inform product changes.
• Pitch and close new integration concepts and partnerships with OEMs and Telcos.
• Drive AI agent adoption across the platform as consumer AI investments grow.
