Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Gateway, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Gateway capabilities within the Agentic AI Platform. This role translates complex AI platform, API, agent interoperability, security, governance, and customer value needs into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in technical product management or related roles.
• Experience owning complex platform/API/AI product capabilities.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for AI Gateway capabilities.
• Translate needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Define governance, security, and auditability requirements.
