Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Senior Product Manager for the AI Gateway within the Agentic AI Platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution to connect AI services securely and extensively across ecosystems.

This role requires strong collaboration with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Customer Success to define priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes, while balancing innovation with governance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, IS, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Insurance, product management, or related field.
• 6+ years in technical product management, platform services, software engineering, AI product management, PaaS, or related roles.
• Experience owning complex platform, integration, API, or ecosystem product capabilities.
• Experience translating ambiguous business and technical problems into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, security, legal, customer success, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for Duck Creek’s AI Gateway capabilities.
• Translate ecosystem, integration, and architecture needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with Engineering to define scalable gateway patterns for authentication, authorization, routing, and lifecycle management.
• Define requirements for integrating Duck Creek‑built, partner‑built, and customer‑built agents.
• Define capabilities for safe model, agent, tool, and API access with governance and auditability.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align decisions with platform objectives and customer needs.
