Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Gateway to shape product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the AI Gateway capabilities. You will translate complex AI needs into clear priorities, collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams, and drive governance and scalable patterns for agent interoperability.

You will partner with multiple teams to define measurable outcomes, adoption and reliability metrics, and a compelling developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical product management, platform services, software engineering, AI product management, or related roles.
• Experience owning complex platform, API, AI, or ecosystem product capabilities.
• Experience translating ambiguous business and technical problems into product strategy, roadmap priorities, product requirements, release plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as product teams, engineering teams, architects, security teams, customer-facing teams, partners, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Duck Creek’s AI Gateway capabilities.
• Translate AI ecosystem and integration needs into epics, features, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable gateway patterns for discovery, authentication, and routing.
• Define capabilities for safe model, agent, and tool access with governance and auditability.
• Support release planning, readiness, and communication for AI Gateway capabilities.
