Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and scale AI foundations and agent capabilities across the BMI product portfolio. You will drive reusable AI services, governance, and scalable platform development while partnering with engineering, data science, and business teams.

You will influence product strategy, manage roadmaps, and champion data-driven decision making to accelerate adoption and ensure high-quality, compliant AI solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in AI, analytics, data, platform, or technology products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts including LLMs, AI Agents, Agent Orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale platform capabilities to accelerate AI development across product teams.
• Translate AI needs into scalable platform requirements and investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal to ensure governance and adoption.
