Job summary
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for AI Foundations & Agents in the United States. This role focuses on accelerating AI capabilities across Business & Market Insights by enabling teams with shared platforms, automation, and best practices.
You will partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to drive platform delivery, improve operating rhythms, and ensure predictable releases across multiple teams.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing software engineering programs in Agile environments.
- Ability to drive delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependent teams.
- Experience managing releases, dependencies, risks, and execution planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using program management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning, execution, and tracking of engineering initiatives from concept through production deployment.
- Coordinate releases across multiple stakeholders and dependent teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, execution reviews, and program increment planning.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution.
- Establish mechanisms that improve delivery predictability, transparency, and accountability.
- Partner with leadership to align roadmap objectives with execution plans.
- Monitor team health, capacity, throughput, and delivery metrics.
- Create clear communication channels for leadership updates and stakeholder engagement.
