Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Technical within our Advisors & Transformation group to partner closely with business, AI, data, and engineering partners. You will elaborate technical requirements that meet product business needs and align with Mastercard technology standards.

This is a highly collaborative role that will require partnership with enterprise and services teams including enterprise AI, data governance, corporate security, compliance, sourcing, and consulting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product/technology leadership role.
• Experience turning business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong ability to define objectives and success metrics.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, product, vendors, and locations.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end software projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing advisory workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business asks into actionable technical requirements for teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and governance for AI adoption and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead collaboration across engineering, product, governance, and security teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on AI-enabled solutions.
