The Walt Disney Company (Corporate) is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered automation and enterprise intelligence initiatives. You will drive discovery, roadmap strategy, requirements, and cross-functional delivery across technology and business units.

You will partner with senior leadership to define strategies, track KPIs, and deliver measurable value while ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions. This role demands strong technical fluency and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management across automation and analytics.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP/executive stakeholders to shape strategy.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to launch in data-intensive products.
• Strong technical foundation for engagement with engineering and AI/ML teams.
• Hands-on with generative AI technologies and enterprise use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear product requirements.
• Experience with process analysis and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and analysis to identify high ROI automation opportunities.
• Define vision, KPIs, personas, use cases, and user journeys; author PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver scalable automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for an internal intelligence platform.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand consumption of technology portfolio information.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and clear decision framing.
• Mentor product team members and manage a prioritized backlog.
