Job summary

Disney Experiences in Orlando is seeking a senior product manager to own a portfolio of AI-forward product capabilities within a Salesforce ecosystem. You will partner with operations, design, engineering, data, and other product teams to define outcomes, priorities, and measurable improvements across guest experiences and cast member efficiency.

You will lead discovery, develop requirements, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision

Qualifications

5+ years of related work experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
Experience pulling and analyzing various datasets.
Experience with data & analytics tools (Tableau, SQL).
Strong collaboration across engineering, UX, and business teams.
Proficiency with collaboration tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).
Ability to translate data into product decisions.

Responsibilities

Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
Develop product requirements and user stories translating technical needs into capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners for alignment.
Execute for small to medium product areas including solution definition, validation, launch, and iteration.
Contribute to design, enhancement, and integration of software features and multiple systems.
Partner with engineering teams on new technologies, testing, and architecture.
Apply knowledge of digital technologies to improve product outcomes.
Develop depth in product domains or technology areas to drive innovation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights with the team.
Deliver clear presentations to diverse audiences.
