Job summary

Tempo Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Workforce Intelligence from an emerging product to a durable business. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes, aiming for adoption, retention, and revenue rather than feature volume.

The role requires turning ambiguity into clear product decisions and partnering across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Experience from discovery through launch and GTM with cross-functional teams.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous markets; ability to build a business case.
• Experience building developer tools, engineering intelligence, or data products.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Intelligence strategy and roadmap with bets on activation and revenue.
• Run continuous discovery with CTOs, VPs, design partners to evaluate AI tools.
• Prototype quickly, run experiments with real customer data, de-prioritize unpromising work.
• Evolve attribution and reporting from AI activity to executive narratives.
• Shape data strategy across AI providers, environments, and Tempo products.
• Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, launches, adoption, expansion.
