Job summary

Tempo Software is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Workforce Intelligence. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes, focusing on adoption, retention, and revenue. The role requires turning ambiguity into clear product decisions and partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

You will align with cross-functional stakeholders, drive experimentation, and define instrumentation to measure success. This is a Remote First, enterprise-focused leadership role within Tempo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a B2B SaaS or data product for a technical audience.
• Experience taking a product from discovery through launch and growth, working with GTM, engineering and design.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous markets and ability to prioritize investments based on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Intelligence strategy and roadmap, with bets tied to activation, adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Run continuous discovery with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering managers, and design partners.
• Turn customer problems into testable hypotheses and prototype quickly with real data.
• Lead evolution of attribution and reporting from AI activity to executive narratives on throughput and delivery.
• Shape data and benchmarking methods, and set data strategy across AI providers and Tempo products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers for Timesheets, Capacity Planner, and Financial Manager for connected value.
