Job summary

Curacity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own VISTA AI, a senior individual-contributor role responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and retention of VISTA AI. You will lead with influence across engineering, data science, design, customer success, sales, marketing, and Curacity's media organization.

You will partner with an AI Data Analyst to translate research into customer value and build product-driven intelligence that connects measurement to editorial distribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product-management experience, including ownership of B2B data/AI products.
• Experience with generative AI optimization, LLM evaluation, or AI-monitoring.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear customer experiences.
• Experience partnering with data scientists and engineers on experimentation.
• Experience building two-sided marketplaces with strong matching quality.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to business audiences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VISTA AI and its intelligence layer.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Own the systematic matching logic that determines publishers and creators covering hotels on topics.
• Build the product surfacing topically relevant content opportunities for creators based on profiles and history.
• Understand needs of hotel marketers, commercial leaders, revenue teams, destinations, and partners.
• Evolve visibility measurements into a trusted product used across AI recommendations.
• Translate questions like Where are we visible? into product capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI Data Scientist to define signals, methodologies, and benchmarks.
• Define dashboards, alerts, and reporting for competitive intelligence and recommendations.
• Lead onboarding, activation, feature adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Develop a structured customer-feedback program with success and sales teams.
• Define product KPIs and drive improvements where users disengage.
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, launches, and education.
• Maintain view of how hotels monitor AI visibility and where Curacity adds value.
