Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering world-class consumer-facing software products.
• Solid track record of driving strategy and delivering products that utilize data-driven methods for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale.
• Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
• Passion for tackling complex consumer problems in fintech/personal finance/tax domains with emphasis on trust and data privacy.
• Strong technical acumen; able to engage with engineering and data science on system architecture and data flows.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior management.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and articulate a compelling vision and multi-year roadmap for Credit Karma Tax as a standalone product.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of the core filing experience using AI and customer data to make filing fast and accurate.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy, trustworthy experiences driving measurable outcomes.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, user studies) to validate new experiences and impact on conversions and revenue.
• Translate customer needs and business opportunities into a prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Build partnerships and influence roadmaps across Credit Karma, TurboTax and Intuit platform teams for cohesive execution.
