Intuit, Inc. leads Credit Karma Tax, a high-visibility product built to deliver fast, accurate tax filing experiences. The role focuses on strategy to execution, leveraging AI and rich user data to create a low-friction filing flow for Credit Karma members.

The candidate will partner with engineers, data scientists, tax experts and designers to ship high-accuracy experiences that improve conversion and revenue while maintaining user trust and privacy.

Formación

• 8+ years designing and delivering consumer-facing software products.
• Data-driven methods for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale.
• Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
• MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Define, own, and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Credit Karma Tax as a standalone product.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of the core filing experience leveraging AI and user data.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy experiences that drive outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, user studies) to validate effectiveness and drive iteration.
• Translate complex needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Build partnerships across Credit Karma, TurboTax, and Intuit platform teams.
