Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a seasoned product manager to optimize the Credit Karma Tax experience. This high-impact role will iterate on a fast-growing product, using AI and rich data to deliver fast, accurate, and trusted tax filing experiences for Credit Karma members.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, define measurable outcomes, and partner with Credit Karma, TurboTax, and Intuit platform teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and delivering consumer-facing software products.
• Track record of moving business metrics through experimentation.
• Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
• Strong technical acumen; able to engage with engineering and data science on architecture, data flows, and APIs.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree (CS/Engineering/Data Science/Statistics/Economics/Business); MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a quantified view of where and why customers drop off, by segment; translate needs into a prioritized roadmap.
• Own funnel optimization roadmap end to end with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts.
• Run high-velocity experimentation programs (A/B tests, user studies) to validate impact on metrics.
• Influence roadmaps across Credit Karma, TurboTax, and Intuit platform teams.

Credit Karma Tax is a new Do It Yourself tax filing product, focused on driving share among free seeking customers. We're seeking a seasoned product manager to optimize the Credit Karma Tax experience. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role iterating on a fast-growing, new product. You'll use AI and Credit Karma's rich data to build a filing experience that's fast, accurate and delivers unparalleled value to Credit Karma members.

Responsibilities

• Build a quantified view of where and why customers drop off, by segment. Translate complex customer needs, technical capabilities, and business opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Own funnel optimization roadmap end to end, partnering with engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts to deliver high-accuracy, trustworthy, and confidence-building experiences
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program.Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, user studies) to validate effectiveness of new experiences and impact on key metrics like conversion and revenue; drive iteration of experiences based on results.
• Build strong partnerships and influence roadmaps across teams Credit Karma, TurboTax and Intuit platform teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and delivering world-class consumer-facing software products
• A track record of moving a business-level metric (e.g. conversion, revenue, activation) through experimentation.
• Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
• Passion for tackling complex consumer problems, ideally within fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains where user trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
• Strong technical acumen; able to closely engage with engineering and data science regarding system architecture, capabilities, data flows, APIs, and technical considerations.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative/technical field preferred. An MBA is a plus. Equivalent experience will be considered

The expected base pay range for this position is:

Mountain View $205,500 - $278,000
San Diego, CA $189,500- $256,000
