Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Consultant Product Manager focused on Sourcing & Procurement to own an agentic product area within the procurement portfolio. You will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, run MVP-to-scale delivery, and ensure trust and measurable outcomes for enterprise users.

You will work in an agile, cross-functional team with engineering, data science, design, and risk, mentoring Analysts as you go in a remote+hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related field.
• 5-8 years of product management experience across enterprise software, SaaS, platforms, or data products.
• Experience delivering AI/ML products (GenAI preferred) and evaluating outcomes.
• Ability to own product area delivery with competing priorities and shared dependencies.
• Strong discovery, hypothesis testing, and backlog management.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and risk/compliance teams.
• Exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of a defined sourcing & procurement product area and contribute to the roadmap.
• Define KPIs for procurement efficiency, cost reductions, and supplier performance.
• Drive end-to-end procurement workflows from requisition to P2P and contracts.
• Create PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product capabilities.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and coordinate with engineering, data, and design.
• Engage procurement practitioners and finance stakeholders to translate pain points.
