Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI & Engineering professional to drive technology-driven client delivery across complex engagements. You will manage executive stakeholders and deliver technology-enabled business solutions, while leading small teams through design, prototyping, and implementation phases.

The role requires 4+ years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and experience with agentic AI systems and multi-agent coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 1 year focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python
• 1+ years of direct experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows
• Able to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Preferred: consulting experience in client-facing delivery roles
• Experience creating collateral for client workshops and sessions
• Strong presentation skills with diverse audiences
• Experience building multi-agent systems (task delegation, coordination, autonomous decision-making)

Responsibilities

• Drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors
• Deliver components of client engagements focused on technology and creative business solutions
• Lead small teams to define requirements, design processes, prototype, test, and train
• Plan resources, schedules, and assign tasks and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify variances, and take corrective actions
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs per the change management plan
• Develop and maintain communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers
