Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Senior Consultant Product Manager focused on Sourcing & Procurement to own a defined agentic product area within the procurement portfolio. You will shape the vision, run discovery and delivery, and enable trust and measurable outcomes for enterprise users.

You’ll work with engineering, data science, design, and risk in a hands-on agile team, mentor Consultants, and translate procurement pain points into scalable digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related field.
• 5-8 years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, platforms, or data products.
• Ability to own delivery of a product area with competing priorities and shared dependencies.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-driven products, including evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops.
• Strong discovery and delivery discipline with backlog, PRDs, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a defined sourcing & procurement product area and contribute to the broader strategy and roadmap.
• Define and track KPIs for procurement efficiency, cost reduction, and supplier performance.
• Drive end-to-end procurement workflows: requisition, sourcing, RFx, contract, supplier onboarding, and P2P.
• Translate business needs into measurable outcomes with value-driven use cases.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and ensure alignment across engineering, data, and design.
