Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the DPS product roadmap, drive innovation in sanctions screening, and lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, legal, and compliance. You will transform customer pain points into scalable screening products using data-driven insights.

In this role, you will partner with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment, high-quality delivery, and measurable improvements in detection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap - use Amazon's Working Backwards process to identify customer pain points, define requirements, and prioritize delivery
• Drive domain innovation - monitor trends in sanctions/AML screening, denied party list management, fuzzy matching algorithms, and AI/ML-based detection to inform product strategy
• Partner cross-functionally - work with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable screening products that meet both technical and regulatory requirements
• Manage execution - track progress, communicate to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain quality
• Build feedback loops - analyze user data and operational metrics to continuously improve detection accuracy and user experience
