Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the roadmap for our Denied Party Screening (DPS) products. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable screening capabilities that meet regulatory requirements.

You will contribute to the strategy, monitor trends in sanctions screening, and guide the product through a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to improve detection accuracy and user

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap - use Amazon's Working Backwards process to identify customer pain points, define requirements, and prioritize delivery.
• Drive domain innovation - monitor trends in sanctions/AML screening, denied party list management, fuzzy matching algorithms, and AI/ML-based detection to inform product strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally - work with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable screening products that meet both technical and regulatory requirements.
• Manage execution - track progress, communicate to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain quality.
• Build feedback loops - analyze user data and operational metrics to continuously improve detection accuracy and user experience.
