Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a mult i-disciplinary team of engineers, ML scientists, and domain experts. You will shape technical strategy, drive scalable services, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance systems that protect Amazon’s brand.

You will mentor leaders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and maintain a strong culture of engineering excellence across large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

3+ years of managing engineering teams
Experience in leading multi-tier web services development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks lifecycle and code reviews
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
