Job summary

KWI seeks a Senior Product Manager in Melville, NY to own a product area end-to-end, drive AI-enhanced discovery, and coordinate with retail teams, engineering, and customer-facing groups. You will shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and deliver measurable outcomes for retailers using the platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI use, structured specifications, and collaboration across cloud APIs and integrations. Hybrid work with a strong product and innovation culture is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience in retail or commerce; data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to ship with measurable impact and adoption.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for discovery, prototyping, and operations.
• Experience writing structured specifications for engineering and AI teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience running a Kanban delivery flow with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, with measurable targets for adoption and value.
• Collaborate with retail teams, engineering, design, and client-facing groups.
• Leverage AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Write clear specifications so engineering and AI agents can execute without re-litigation.
• Ensure high release quality, monitor throughput and post-release support.
