Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a product-minded professional to own a product area, collaborating with customers, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, set priorities, and bring solutions to market.

You will drive product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes while advancing AI-enabled discovery, requirements development, analytics, and day-to-day product management across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management or related technology experience.
• Experience with software product lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Agile development and SDLC.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or area.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, users, and market trends.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and UX through discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Prioritize features balancing customer value, business impact, and risk.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and use data to guide decisions.
• Define success metrics and monitor product adoption and impact.
• Support go-to-market activities and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech for product improvement.
