Nextech is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the analytics and AI-driven insights portfolio within healthcare technology. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap across reporting and clinical analytics domains.

You will partner with data engineering, product, and design to prioritize data governance, quality, and speed to value, while guiding a team to deliver value-driven releases for clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience owning reporting, analytics, or data-driven products.
• Fluency with financial outcomes and KPIs in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with modern data architecture and BI platforms.
• Strong ownership in authoring crisp product requirements and driving delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for analytics portfolio.
• Define analytics strategy including AI-driven insights and data-driven prioritization.
• Partner with engineering on data modeling, latency, and data governance tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery to ship iterative analytics capabilities.
• Define KPIs to measure business impact and client value.
