Job summary

Extend is seeking a Product Manager to lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact features that create value for merchants and their customers. You will bridge business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, guiding cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions, leveraging user research and analytics to advocate for the best outcomes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping B2B or consumer software.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and KPI tracking.
• Ability to break down complex problems into executable steps for engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact product features.
• Collaborate with leadership to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Own end-to-end feature outcomes from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven, scalable solutions.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to iterate on features.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows.
• Engage with Customer Success to translate feedback into requirements.
