Job summary

Redfin is seeking a hands-on product leader to grow inventory volume and quality while shaping AI-powered experiences for buyers and sellers across web and apps. You will prototype AI features, define data-driven strategies, and collaborate with engineering, design and data science to ship impactful improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in product management for consumer web/mobile products, with marketplace or inventory experience and strong SQL/data skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer web/mobile products at scale.
• Experience with marketplace or inventory-driven products and impact on customer experience.
• Hands-on AI fluency with prototyping and data analysis.
• Strong data skills, including SQL, to investigate performance and opportunities.
• Ability to align engineering, design, operations and leaders around a shared plan.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for growing listings volume, quality and freshness.
• Shape how Redfin-exclusive inventory reaches buyers and sellers across search and listings surfaces.
• Identify where AI can improve sourcing, enrichment and presentation of listings; partner with engineering/Data Science to ship iteratively.
• Prototype with Claude/Claude Code/Cursor and translate concepts into working Specs for engineers.
• Own inventory and engagement metrics, run experiments and guide rollouts across teams.
