Redfin, part of Rocket Companies, is seeking a senior product leader to grow listings and build AI-powered features across web and mobile platforms. You will own inventory strategy, partner with engineering and data science, and deliver metrics-driven improvements that enhance buyer and seller experiences.

You will prototype with AI tools, align stakeholders, and drive rollouts across search, listings, and engagement surfaces, shaping a scalable listing ecosystem for a leading home search

Formación

• 5+ years of product management delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale.
• Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products and how supply quality shapes customer experience.
• Hands-on AI fluency: prototype, analyze data, write specs, and show built work.
• Strong data skills, including SQL to investigate performance and opportunities.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems with incomplete information and adjust as you learn.
• Track record of aligning engineering, design, operations, and business leaders around a plan.
• Experience in real estate, listings, or similar high-consideration marketplace.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production with evaluation and quality tradeoffs.
• Experience with listing data, MLS or data partnerships, or content ingestion pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategy and roadmap for growing the volume, quality, and freshness of listings on Redfin, including new sources of supply, data partnerships, and ingestion improvements.
• Shape how Redfin-exclusive inventory reaches buyers and sellers across search, listing detail pages, alerts, and re-engagement surfaces on web and apps.
• Find where AI can improve how we source, enrich, and present listings, and partner with engineering and data science to ship them with sound evaluation and tradeoffs.
• Prototype with Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor, and bring working concepts to engineering instead of static specs.
• Own a defined set of inventory and engagement metrics, run experiments, and use results to guide rollouts.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, and teams across Rocket, keeping leadership aligned on strategy, tradeoffs, results, and next steps.
