You’ll translate opportunities into engineering-ready stories, maintain backlogs, and drive initiatives including internal linking and digital PR, with data-driven accountability and cross-brand collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and product-led SEO experience.
• Hands-on use of rank tracking and SEO platforms.
• Strong data fluency with SQL.
• Translate SEO requirements into engineering-ready stories.
• Experience with large-scale marketplaces or inventory-driven business.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the SEO product strategy and roadmap across Redfin Rentals, Rent.com and Apartment Guide.
• Translate opportunities into engineering requirements and partner through discovery to measurement.
• Maintain the SEO backlog balancing impact, effort and priorities.
• Define success metrics and own performance reporting for your properties.
• Drive SEO initiatives beyond on-site work, including internal linking and digital PR.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering to improve reporting.
• Monitor competitors and search landscape to spot market share gains.
