Job summary

Redfin, part of Rocket Companies, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow listing volume and enhance AI-enabled sourcing. You will define strategy, partner with engineering and data science, and ship concepts from prototype to production.

You will own inventory metrics, run experiments, and align cross-functional teams across Rocket. Requirements include 5+ years in consumer web/mobile PM, marketplace experience, hands-on AI fluency with Claude/Code/Cursor, and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale.
• Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products.
• Hands-on AI fluency with tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Strong data skills, including SQL, to investigate performance and size opportunities.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Experience with listing data, MLS, or data partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for growing listing volume, quality, and freshness.
• Shape inventory reach across search and listings to attract buyers to Redfin first.
• Identify AI opportunities, prototype with AI tools, and partner with engineering.
• Own inventory and engagement metrics, run experiments, and guide rollouts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, and Rocket teams.
