You will combine hands-on design, research, and strategy to create a user-centric, AI-enabled platform and drive cross-functional outcomes with executives, data scientists, and engineering leaders. Qualifications

• Hands-on product design, user research, and business outcomes ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional AI initiatives across design, data, and engineering.
• Ability to translate research into product strategy and executive priorities.
• Familiarity with accessibility and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for the user experience of Sophia's platform.
• Lead continuous discovery and user research across learners and partners.
• Guide AI product vision and roadmap with engineering, data science, and product leaders.
• Embed ML, NLP, and generative AI into core Sophia apps to improve UX.
• Translate insights into business value and portfolio-level decisions.
• Establish design best practices and governance for scalable systems.
