Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS, data platform, or AI-driven products with hands-on design work.
• EdTech experience is preferred.
• Experience leading AI initiatives across design, data engineering, and product teams.
• Ability to translate research into product direction and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy for Sophia Learning's UX.
• Establish a continuous discovery and user research practice.
• Guide AI product vision and roadmap across product areas.
• Embed ML, NLP, and generative AI into core applications.
• Mentor Product Managers and align investments with strategy.
• Oversee scalable design system and accessibility standards.
