Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design and/or product management in SaaS, data platform, or AI-driven environments.
• Hands-on design work including wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience leading AI initiatives and implementing ML/NLP features.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience establishing or scaling a continuous discovery practice.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy for Sophia Learning's UX platform.
• Establish continuous discovery and user research process with interviews, usability tests, surveys, journey maps.
• Guide AI product vision and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Embed ML, NLP, and generative AI into core Sophia Learning applications.
• Translate research insights into business value for executive decisions.
• Establish design best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Own scalable, governed design system and AI-ready design standards.
• Partner with Engineering/Data/AI to implement UX metrics and experimentation framework.
• Mentor other Product Managers in design thinking and customer-centric approach.
• Represent Sophia Learning as an industry thought leader in AI for online learning.
