Job summary

Findem, a fast-growing HR tech startup in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to own a major company initiative. You will define strategy, KPIs, and drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, marketing, and customer success to land high-impact outcomes.

You will lead 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 product development for B2B SaaS with multi-step workflows, leveraging Agentic and Conversational AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, startup experience preferred.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Experience with B2B PLG products and multi-step workflows.
• Ability to drive short-term execution while building toward a long-term vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major product initiative with long-term strategy and business case.
• Define market thesis: buyer personas and top customer needs.
• Apply data-driven, first-principles thinking to product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and unblock milestones.
• Coordinate with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to align goals.
