Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, strategy & operations or product role.
• Strong analytical thinking; able to break down ambiguous financial problems.
• Hands-on experience tinkering with AI tools.
• Understanding of core financial concepts (cash flow, P&L, AP/AR).
• Comfort in Excel or Google Sheets modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate customer workflows to optimize cash.
• Work hands-on with the agentic platform to tune behavior.
• Partner closely with Product to translate patterns into action.
• Prototype new AI-powered workflows as needed.
• Engage customers directly to resolve issues and optimize cash.
