Job summary
ZS is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the ZAIDYN Field Incentives product area. You will own product execution for one or more IC capability areas, working closely with IC domain leads, engineering, AI/ML, design, client success, and client teams to translate business requirements into detailed, buildable specifications and drive adoption.
You will partner with cross‑functional teams spanning engineering, data science, and professional services, contributing to roadmap decisions and shaping
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product management.
- Experience translating business requirements into engineering-ready specs and user stories.
- Familiarity with incentive compensation concepts or ability to ramp quickly in complex domains.
- Exposure to life sciences data foundations (Rx, claims, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, design, data science, and client success.
Responsibilities
- Own requirements and delivery roadmap for IC capability areas (plan design, sales crediting, roster management).
- Translate business needs into detailed, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and data engineering to scope agent-enabled features.
- Engage with client stakeholders to identify pain points and prioritize backlog.
- Lead design reviews with engineering, design, and client success; manage changes.
