Job summary

ZS is recruiting for ZAIDYN's AI Engineering leadership role in the US. You will expand and strengthen the team responsible for our agentic platform, engaging with architects and CIOs to deliver trusted, production-grade AI at scale.

You will report to the Head of Engineering/CTO and collaborate with product and platform teams to define what it means for ZAIDYN to ship trusted AI. Travel to client sites and other offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML/data engineering in production.
• 5+ years leading 3-5 scrum teams across multiple locations (US, Europe, India).
• Experience shipping multi-agent or RAG-based enterprise B2B systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ZAIDYN AI Engineering function across teams and geographies.
• Own Agentic Platform Architecture from orchestration to multi-agent coordination.
• Define AI-native development practices including eval frameworks and LLM Ops.
• Ensure enterprise-grade latency, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
