Albert is seeking a product leader to define the vision and roadmap for core applications like Notebook, Worksheet, Tasks, and Inventory. You will lead end-to-end product development, starting from customer problems to launches, with rapid prototyping and validation of AI-enhanced workflows for scientists.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams across time zones, translating insights into deliverable product experiences that drive adoption and value.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products that users love.
• Experience owning product areas end-to-end in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience in science-focused vertical SaaS.
• Strong product sense and user empathy.
• Comfort prototyping in design or code.
• AI-native mindset with intuition for AI product behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative across teams and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics for core product area across Notebook, Worksheet, Tasks, and Inventory.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch.
• Drive rapid concept prototyping and validation with demos.
• Identify where AI can improve workflows and shape experiences for scientists.
• Spend time with scientists, customers, and stakeholders to translate insights into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to ship high-quality workflows.
• Collaborate with GTM, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to reflect enterprise realities.
• Navigate ambiguity and form hypotheses, test quickly, and adjust with data.
