Job summary

Colibrigroup is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a sprint-based ecommerce platform team supporting 11 real estate brands across 4 technology stacks. The role is execution-oriented, focused on improving ecommerce performance, website experience, and platform scalability.

You will own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery for ecommerce initiatives, working as the primary ecommerce technology representative on the cross-functional ownership committee.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in ecommerce or multi-brand environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile sprint teams.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion, merchandising, and platform systems.
• Experience managing complex multi-brand environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team operating in a two-week Agile cadence.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Ensure roadmap commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Advocate for scalable solutions across four technology stacks.
