Esper is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shepherd new products from concept to launch and beyond. You’ll own strategy, partner with our CEO, and shape the direction with a strong AI-informed approach.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in product management, with shipped outcomes.
• Experience with early-stage products and lack of playbook.
• Real use of AI for research, synthesis, competitive tracking, marketing.
• Ability to make calls with incomplete information.
• Strong writing or writing delivered by agents.
• Sufficient technical depth for engineers to engage.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for your product area.
• Lead customer conversations, demos, and discovery.
• Conduct customer research and synthesize findings.
• Manage sizing, pricing input, and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design through prototype to GA.
• Position and launch with marketing and sales, including post-launch activities.
• Monitor competitors and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Build automation and agent tooling to improve processes.
• Go-to-market activities: positioning, blogs, ads budget, field enablement.
