Job summary

EliseAI, a rapidly growing AI startup in New York, is seeking a Senior Associate to identify, incubate, launch, and scale new products and market opportunities from zero to one and one to ten. You will perform strategic analyses, work with clients, and manage projects with cross-functional teams.

You will support rapid execution, own outcomes, and thrive in a high-speed environment where you help shape product strategy and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

1–4 years in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar tech roles.
High performance ranking or marks from prior roles.
Strong analytical skills using data and market insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to scale new products with Product, Eng, GTM, Ops, and CS.
Work directly with clients to analyze workflows and goals for successful launches.
Monitor product performance, feedback, and market dynamics to drive feature development and GTM success.
Assist in GTM strategy development including segmentation, positioning, and pricing.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track progress against success metrics and ensure growth and adoption of new product lines.
