Job summary

Esper is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take new products from concept to shipped. You’ll define the product strategy, validate ideas with customers, and decide what to build, then lead cross‑functional teams to deliver from prototype to GA in a fast‑growing environment in Bellevue.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and product leadership, applying AI tooling to automate research, synthesize insights, and craft pricing, go‑to‑market plans, and post‑launch reviews that drive growth and ROI

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in product management.
• Experience with products in early stages without a playbook.
• Real use of AI in daily work; build agents for research and synthesis.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong writing ability in documents that get read when not in the room.
• Sufficient technical depth to engage engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and define the roadmap for your product area.
• Conduct customer calls, demos, and define the problem.
• Run customer research and synthesize findings.
• Assist sizing, pricing input, and revenue planning.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design from prototype to GA.
